Security Deposit
A security deposit of $250 U.S. or £150 Sterling must be paid to prior to check-in. This will be returned, normally within 7 days upon completion of the letting period. This is subject to a satisfactory report from our Management Company that the property and its inventory have not been damaged and that all keys have been returned to the point of collection.

Care of the Home
The property is privately owned. The Client is responsible for the property and is expected to take reasonable care of it. All damages and breakage's are the legal responsibilities of the Client and their cost shall be paid on demand. Any maintenance or repair of the premises, equipment amenities or fixtures required due to misuse will be charged to the Client. As the owners, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone it considers an undesirable guest.

The Villa is equipped with a monitored alarm system which automatically calls the local sheriff if triggered. The alarm MUST BE ACTIVATED when leaving the villa or holidayorlando's house and contents insurance is invalidated. In the unlikely event that the villa is illegally entered while guests are out and the alarm has not been set as directed, holidayorlando will not be responsible for any personal losses and any losses incurred by holidayorlando may be recovered from the guest.

End of Stay Clean
A three hour clean is included in the cost of your stay. This is the normal time allowed to clean the house thoroughly. If our housekeeper should need to spend more time cleaning the property after your stay you will be charged $20 U.S. per hour for every extra hour required.

Service calls to the Home
Our Management Company, is open from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Non-emergency service or maintenance calls to come out to the property outside of these hours will incur a $50 U.S. charge.
